April Showers Entertainment for Royal Tunbridge Wells

RTW Together has released its second promotional short film, highlighting Royal Tunbridge Wells town centre in spring.
BID Director Sarah-Jane Adams approached us at CEP to deliver ‘April Showers’ and ‘Spring’ themed entertainment to star in the promotional video. Of course we had to send our beautiful Living Flower Girls, a Bubbleologist and a bespoke Collab designed act - Mr Blue Skies Promo Model!
The video features Kent-based vintage singer Miss Holiday Swing, not allowing the drizzle to dampen her day out, during a rendition of musical number April Showers. Locations such as the Tunbridge Wells Hotel, Royal Victoria Place and the Assembly Hall Theatre serve as a backdrop, whilst numerous business owners make starring appearances – featuring within BID videos is free of charge for the community of town centre businesses we represent.
The film was produced by local videographer Simon Cossons, who is himself a town centre resident. The RTW Together BID has a schedule of videos planned for the upcoming year, encouraging tourism and offering free coverage for traders.
Adams said: “We know this time of year can be unpredictable when it comes to planning for a glorious sunny day or a downpour, but there’s always something to do in Royal Tunbridge Wells town centre! We hope our new series of short films act as a creative way to drive footfall, encourage visitors to explore businesses they may not yet be familiar with, and to boast about our beautiful town.”
